[wp-polyglots] latest.zip and latest.tar.gz for localized domains

Gonahkar,

When you build your latest package, they are already being created.
For your locale:

http://fa.wordpress.org/latest-fa_IR.zip
http://fa.wordpress.org/latest-fa_IR.tar.gz

Just replace wordpress-x.x in
"http://fa.wordpress.org/wordpress-3.0-fa_IR.tar.gz" as such with
"latest" :)
