[wp-polyglots] incomplete plural form at glotpress

Looks like there's a discrepancy in the plural forms definition for "ar".

In your .po we have:

n==0 ? 0 : n==1 ? 1 : n==2 ? 2 : n >= 3 && n <= 10 ? 3 : n >= 11 && n
<= 99 ? 4 : 5

While GloptPress has

n==0 ? 0 : n==1 ? 1 : n==2 ? 2 : n%100>=3 && n%100<=10 ? 3 : n%100>=11
&& n%100<=99 ? 4 : 5

By the way, the same GlotPress definition is also currently used on
'ar' WordPress.com
(http://translate.wordpress.com/projects/wpcom/ar/default), and we've
had no indication of anything wrong there.
