[wp-polyglots] incomplete plural form at glotpress

Hello,

I noticed plural form is incomplete when importing po file.

example:
http://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp/3.0.x/ar/default?filters[status]=either&filters[original_id]=9682&filters[translation_id]=556560

The last 2 boxes still empty.

What could be the reason ?
