Ok,

http://se.buddypress.org was created and you can manage it at the
usual http://se.buddypress.org/wp-admin

You should have commit access to http://i18n.svn.buddypress.org/sv_SE shortly

For good measure, I've added you as a validator for
http://translate.wordpress.org/projects/buddypress/dev/sv/default so
that you can approve strings and upload .po's

I'll let you know when the perms for the Codex are on
