Sorry for the delay. You've been given validator access to fa on
http://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp/.../fa. This is where you
can upload your completed 3.0 translation. You are also an editor of
fa.wordpress.org, where you can build and release a 3.0 for fa. Svn
commit access has been requested for
http://svn.automattic.com/wordpress-i18n/fa_IR which should be active
shortly.
