[wp-polyglots] Codex user permitions issue

Hi,
guys what permissions exactly a user must have to be able to edit codex,
one of my mate just IMed me saing that it was asked for some group
permissions:

Permission error
You do not have permission to edit this page, for the following reason:
The action you have requested is limited to users in the group: Users.
---
