[wp-polyglots] Import .org translation to wordpress.com

He is added as a validator, but I need to ask a favor concerning
future WordPress.com validator requests, which is to post them on the
translation forum (http://en.forums.wordpress.com/forum/translations),
so that those users (who, like Cipri, do not usually follow
wp-polyglots) can be aware of it.
