Thanks all for your help now the contact page is appear.

 But for links in the more download options, link to otherfile
formats,<http://jv.wordpress.org/releases/#latest>link to older
versions <http://jv.wordpress.org/releases/#older>, and link to Beta &amp;
RC versions <http://jv.wordpress.org/releases/#beta> when click on it stills
display blank page. Not like other translation page. When click on that link
show another file format tables.

 Is that may be because there are still only 2 translation versions in my
repository. 2.9 and 2.9.1. May be when I already translate many versions
that table would show up.
