[wp-polyglots] Regarding some Telugu translations for wordpress

Hi,

I translate wordpress.com into Telugu language (Belongs to Indian State of
Andhra Pradesh).
I have some done some transalations which are in pending status for a long
time without being approved. Please let me know how to make this process
quicker.
Should I have some permissions to commit?
