[wp-polyglots] Burmese (Myanmar) translation, ready to commit to WordPress

Dear All,

We have updated our translation for the Burmese language and the latest
version is available at
http://wordpress-my.tk/wordpress-2.9.1-my-MM.zip

The language code for Burmese is 'my'. We want to use the locale 'my'
(instead of 'my-MM').

I am following the instructions at
http://codex.wordpress.org/Translating_WordPress and specifically the text
“you can either volunteer to be a maintainer for your language and locale,
or simply contribute your localization and the repository maintainers will
add it.”

Either way is great for me; tell me what to do next in order to get the
translation submitted and uploaded to WordPress.
