[wp-polyglots] Untranslated String

Some plugins prevent JavaScript messages from being localized. See
http://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/11526 for details.

For example, I was able to reproduce the exact same problem with this
string after activating Popularity Contest 2.0b2.
