[wp-polyglots] WordPress 3.0 Croatian translation

I have commited Croatian localization files for bbPress 0.9, 1.0 & 1.0.2 to
svn.

I am repeating my earlier question, can I get access to hr.wordpress.org for
publishing posts and Croatian localized WP releases? And is it possible to
create local Croatian support forum? Something like
