[wp-polyglots] Local sites improvements

I'm curious about that one too. I heard both Classic and Kubrick were
removed from the default package (not the best move, in my opinion).
Did you simply mean "default theme" instead of "Kubrick"? :)

Also, "everybody has to use either the i18n-ed kubrick for old
versions" : "either" makes it sound there should be a second choice...
and there's none :)
