[wp-polyglots] Import right on translate.wp.org

Hey guys,

Could I get import rights for the Blackberry app in fr_FR? I'm working
on the PO export in poEdit, and would like to upload it back once
finished and proofread.
As a matter of fact, could I get such rights for all t.wp.org projects on fr_FR?
