In the case you'd need to release a different *svn* version/revision.
HEAD indicates the latest one.

The options are self-explanatory, it depends if you:
a) haven't touched the default theme (will be packaged in english)
b) have translated it (your version will be packaged)
c) are using the localizable version, in which case it will be
packaged with the .po/.mo you have created for it
