Hi,

The locale repository for your language has been created at
http://svn.automattic.com/wordpress-i18n/es_CL

Your first steps should be:
-Reading the Codex on translating WordPress
(http://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_in_Your_Language)
-Assuming you have a working knowledge of Subversion, you can commit
your translations to the above repository when you indicate your
WordPress.org username (so we can setup permissions)
-After that you can contact the list again if you wish to setup a
cl.wordpress.org (see
http://codex.wordpress.org/International_WordPress_Sites)
