[wp-polyglots] Heads up - Changes to the first post in WordPress 2.9

Good morning.

For WordPress 2.9 we have decided to change the first post that you  
get on a new WordPress install to provide a number of links to useful  
things for a new blog owner.

I have attempted to make the new text as translator friendly as  
possible but if you have any issues please let us know.
