Ok,

A little bit of context, sorry about that:

GlotPress is an open-source GPL project, that is *also* used for
WordPress.com translations. The deploy system for that particular
install is obviously tied to the greater WordPress.com deploy
architecture (which is not automatic, no).

There are no moderators per se, more "validators", people who check
the translations for semantics and consistency.

I've posted the link on this list to try to get WordPress.com and
WordPress.org translators to talk more to each other.
