[wp-polyglots] tr to tr_TR change

I changed some other files from trunk folder and tried to commit but I
can't commit again. I have cleared authentication data, checked out
again and it's still not committing. I'm using "wordpress-tr" user for
SVN operations and this credentials worked fine before.
