[wp-polyglots] Menu and contact page for local sites

As you can see on your own local site, they now have a simple menu and
contact page. Soon, you will be able to edit the menu yourselves.

The upgrade added several new strings, so take a look at the new
rosetta.pot and when you have committed rosetta-<locale>.po to the
right place [1] just request a deploy through your Manage menu item.
