[wp-polyglots] Automatic update in 2.7 for local distributions

Has anyone got this to work in their localized package?

I'm testing an upgrade from 2.7 to 2.7.1, and it just silently installs the
English files. No notice, no error message, just ignores the already
released 2.7.1 Hebrew.
