[wp-polyglots] translation to Javanese languages

Hi,

Although the Codex lists a team for Javanese (
http://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_in_Your_Language#Javanese), it looks
like it's not active. There's also no Javanese in the repository, so we can
set that up and give your WordPress.org username commit access.

Please take a look at http://codex.wordpress.org/Translating_WordPress first
and then request the repository creation and access through this list
(you'll need to specify your WordPress.org username)
