[wp-polyglots] About Turkish Translation

You need tr.wordpress.org if you want automatic upgrade to work. Upgrader
would download latest version from
http://tr.wordpress.org/wordpress-2.8.3-tr_TR.zip instead of
http://wordpress.org/wordpress-2.8.3.zip.
