However, be careful. Only add essential code, not just any plugins you
think *could* be helpful. One of the main goals of WordPress is to
keep the core and the distribution light and free of any extra weight
and clutter.

Just send the translations to the plugin authors and they will include
it in their next release. No need for extra work.
