[wp-polyglots] Sinhala for wordpress.com

Since we have already finished WordPress and it's running nicely at
http://si.wordpress.com, We'd like to add sinhala language to wordpress.comnow.

It'll be great if we can get the language added to
http://translate.wordpress.com so others can participate a bit more.

Will it be possible to get already translated phrases from the pot file to
wp.com? I guess it'll reduce the workload a bit.
