[wp-polyglots] Azerbaijani Translation

Hi Nikolay,

I have sent email many times but I did not get any response. I now find
out that I needed to have forum user name not blog. My forum user name is
"Elgunk" and I would like to get my SVN access to commit my translation. I
have downloaded POT file already and I have everything to start. I just
