[wp-polyglots] Vietnamese: WordPress.com POT

Hi,

I sent some weeks earlier about a bug I encountered but don't get the reply.
This is about WP 2.7.1

I translated the "Add New" for page/post/media/... And in the i18n-ed
version theses words appear as original "Add New" but not the localized
words. Can you have a look? The files are available on SVN /vi
