[wp-polyglots] Request to Access SVN

[Huji]

While being at it, I would also like to have commit access to the repo, to
update fa_IR translations; there are many errors in them and I have informed
the current translators but it seems like they are two busy and don't have
the time to review the whole translations one more time.
