[wp-polyglots] Basic feminine form

+1 for all latin languages, at the very least (portuguese, french, 
italian, catalan, spanish, galician, mirandese, romanian,?...). Also, I 
seem to remember that some languages, (Polish?), that have different 
plural forms, not just two, ie one word for "1", another for "2","3" and 
"4" and yet another for "5" to "21", and so on...
