[wp-polyglots] Localized Codex

Hi Nikolay,

This was mentioned before but I don't think I clearly understand the
current situation, so let me ask again.

Do you think it will take a while until there is an established form
of localized codex? (having inter-wiki links, full support for
non-english headings, etc)

The reason I'm asking now is that we are about to lose Japanese Codex
because of the administrator's decision of not keeping it going with
his own server space. We are thinking about having a new site -
possibly on SourceForge.jp - but I hate to change the URL too often if
there's any plan for localized codex in the near future.

If there isn't though, we will go ahead and launch a site somewhere
else using MediaWiki. We can import the data to future official codex
when it comes live. This is perfectly fine for me, I just want to know
what's going on.
