[wp-polyglots] Add Brazilian group to the Teams currently forming

Hi Nikolay,

Is it possible to add our group (Brazilian Localization Team - 
http://groups.google.com/group/wp-tradutores) to the Teams Currently Forming 
Codex page? Should we ourselves edit that page or is it done by you?
