[wp-polyglots] Fix for default theme ("Comments Closed" not localized)

The default theme in the i18n repos doesn't support localization of the
string "Comments Closed".

I have created patches for the file  archive.php, index.php and search.php.
Where can I send them for inclusion in the default theme?
