[wp-polyglots] Suggestion for translation tool

Guys,

I'm sorry if this topic has already been discussed previously, but I'm 
afraid there's no search mechanism for this list and I've got no time to 
look inside the archives.

As I told you before, I'm starting a Brazilian group and we need a free 
online collaborative translation tool. Could you please suggest me one?
