[wp-polyglots] Brazilian Portuguese Translation

Oi, Cátia. Acho que já tem uma galera que traduz para português do Brasil,
mas não creio que exista o subdomínio do wordpress ou um grupo.
Só vi até agora o que tem neste link:

Hi, Cátia. I imagine that there are a few guys translating to brazillian
portuguese, but maybe the subdomain and the group don`t exist.
