[wp-polyglots] Brazilian Portuguese Translation

Hi guys,

It's my first time here, so let me introduce myself. My name is Cátia 
Kitahara and I'm a Brazilian web designer.
I'd like to know if there is any group translating WordPress into Brazilian 
Portuguese. If so, I'd like to join the group to help. If not, I'd like to 
start a new group now.
I'm also interested in translating the Codex.
