Hi Liang,

I have been interested in the same idea.
Bono, who writes Japanese WordPress documentation, put together a
couple of ideas on Wikipedia-like interlink. As written in her doc,
MediaWiki can handle interlink across multiple domains.

It would be great if we can work together to implement this kind of
cross-reference feature on codex.

We've also discussed possibilities of moving existing documentation to
wordpress.org domain (Under existing English codex or new MediaWiki
install for Japanese language docs?) using MediaWiki's export feature.

I'm wondering if there is any bandwidth/time available (for installing
and administrating) for this.
