[wp-polyglots] Not-gettexted strings available for translation

I just SVN updated my local copy of trunk and I didnt' found any
/*WP_I18N_...*/ comment in the files... so i suppose that generating a
build rom my locale at wp.org wouldn't work.. or I'm missing
something?
