[wp-polyglots] Redesign of local sites

I just to add one bug and one suggestion: there is problem with prev/next
links in posts: on some posts they appear normally below comment form, but
on some they are over comment form. Also in comments blockqoutes are not
indented so they appear as normal text.

BTW, please update Serbian files.
