[wp-polyglots] Not-gettexted strings available for translation

I haven't had a look at the files yet, but would it still be possible 
for less savvy translators to put their translations into the 
appropriate places manually?  I mean, will there be things to unescape 
before doing a manual transfer of translation to the php files, etc?
