[wp-polyglots] Sinhala Translations and Launchpad

Hi,

I've been doing some translations with my friends for Sinhala on Launchpad
and most of us have lost access. I'm currently facing a problem with
launchpad. I can't access my account. I'm getting an error saying 'This
account cannot be used'

Translation work was delayed due to these problems.
