[wp-polyglots] How to activate intelligent link from wordpress.org to xx.wordpress.org

Hello Nikolay,

ca.wordpress.org is now online, I would like that visitors on the wordpress.org home page get a tip "WordPress is also available in Català" if they have the locale ca in their browser language settings, same as it now occurs for example for the french and german locale. What should I do?
