Nikolay,

Since more locales are requesting to host their support forum in
.forums.wordpress.org, would you once again consider synchronizing the
design between the international site (<locale>.wordpress.org) and
their corresponding support forum? not a major redesign, only adding
small stuffs including placing navbar on the international site to
make them interconnected.
