[wp-polyglots] Wrong singular string definition

There is a wrong definition in latest POT file (both 2.7 and 2.8). In 
line 3731 (rev 7143) we can find a plural definition of word 'pending' 
for two locations.

In one of them (wp-admin/includes/template.php:3291) the word is 
singular, so can not be translated..
