[wp-polyglots] More than 1 geographical-specific message on wordpress.org

Nikolay, if we visit WordPress.org, we'll see a message telling us that
WordPres is also available in <our language>

What would it like if there is more than one locale in a country? For
example in Indonesia we have Bahasa Indonesia and Basa Sunda (id_ID &
su_ID). Could you make it to display both of them? Something like

"WordPress is also available in <http://id.wordpress.org/> Bahasa Indonesia
and Basa Sunda"
