[wp-polyglots] Translation into Albanian, sq.po attached & Information request about Wordpress sites localization

Hello,

I'm still working on it. Here you are sq.po with the work done so far.
Also, can you provide any information about having the wordpress sites 
localized? I've seen big languages having both:

http://xx.wordpress.com          and
http://xx.wordpress.org

translated, and I'd like to provide translations for them as well
