[wp-polyglots] Hindi Localizatoin Starting

Hi,

Looking at the http://svn.automattic.com/wordpress-i18n/ page,

It seems like the hindi WordPrss 2.6 translation is not under active
developement. If anybody is doing that already, please let me know. I am
willing to contribute there. Also,  if that's not the case, I would like to
start the localization for hindi language. (In fact, I have started it on my
local machine )
