It depends.

If your browser settings say 'pt' you should see Portuguese only
(there is a pt-br setting also). There was a little bug, which caused
you to see the Brazilian Portuguese instead.

If you don't have Portuguese set as browser language and you are in
Portugal/Brazil, you should see both.
