[wp-polyglots] Publish date of locale release problem

On release page on locale sites, there are publishing dates of releases.
What I found like a "problem" is that if I create new release for same
version and then publish this archive, date on release page will be changed
to new one. Could this be changed so that date there be date of first
release or that translators have option in control panel that they choose
should they keep current date or use new one?

Why would someone create new release? For example, someone find some mistake
in translation and then update file in svn, but old file stay in release. So
translator wants to update those files in release with newest from svn.
There is no changing in code, just in translation, so we should have old
date.
