[wp-polyglots] Update on beta locale sites

Hello all,

We had some busy days testing the locale sites and the end of the beta
phase is near.

Several major performance problems were fixed and a couple of minor
bugs also. We still need to be sure the infrastructure is stable
enough for all the local sites, but around the end of this week all
who want will be able to jump in. Stay tuned :)
