To make the question clearer:
What should the host name for Brazillian Portuguese look like?

- br.pt.wordpress.org
- pt.br.wordpress.org
- pt-br.wordpress.org
- pt_BR.wordpress.org

Same for Chinese, Indic languages and some other languages.
